Born in Japan in 1979, Ryoto has a Laotian father and a Japanese mother. Influenced by his father's global environment, he went to college in the United States. After graduating, he moved to Taiwan and studied in the Chinese-speaking world. After entering the workforce, he obtained an MBA and a qualification as a small and medium-sized business consultant, broadening his field of activity. He is currently the CEO of Ryoto Sangyo Co., Ltd., which imports and wholesales ethnic seasonings.

To talk about and know Laos, it is not enough to "study"
First of all, you "feel" it.
And it's important to move.

Half of the DNA flowing through my body is from Laos, and the other half is from Japan. The modern world is international, and is said to be diverse. I have lived in such an environment up until now.

To put it in business terms, our bilateral activities aim to achieve mutual growth by sending "refined Japanese products to Laos" and "pristine Laotian products to Japan."

Besides business, I think about how I can contribute to cultural exchange and to letting people who have not yet encountered Laos experience Laos. However, what I have experienced is probably just the tip of the iceberg. No matter how much I think about it, in the end, I can't do anything alone. That's why I want to use all five senses together to "feel," "touch," and "act together" in Laos. If we keep thinking like that, we'll surely be toasting together with Beer Lao in the evening cool by the Mekong River. Let's create such opportunities together, even if it's not in Laos, but in Japan. First of all, I'm looking forward to seeing you at the Laos Festival or a Laos-related event.
